RESERVATION POLICY
- For 1 or 2 nights: Payment of the full amount of the stay (Bank Deposit or Credit Card without installment payment).
- For 3 or more nights: 50% down-payment and balance remaining at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Should there be a need to cancel or change a reservation, the customer must communicate by email regarding the voucher, not being accepted by phone.
- Each case will be analyzed in particular, and once the refund is authorized after analysis, it will be discounted according to the table of changes of date.
- In accordance with legal provisions in general, and in particular, with the provisions of Normative Resolution No. 161/95 of Embratur, cancellation or alteration will be
subject to the collection of fees and fines.
LOW SEASON (APRIL TO SEPTEMBER) / DATES CHANGES:
- With up to 20 days notice, zero cost;
- From 19 to 08 days in advance, will be charged 20% of the package / daily rate;
- With 07 days or less, there will be no change and the amount paid will not be refunded.
HOLIDAY OR HIGH SEASON (OCTOBER TO MARCH) / DATES CHANGES:
- Up to 20 days in advance, 25% of the package / daily rate will be charged;
- From 19 to 08 days in advance will be charged 50% of the package / daily rate;
- With 07 days or less in advance, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
- Reservations made up to 48 hours prior to check-in, in any period of the year, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
RESERVATIONS WITH DEPOSIT INSTALLMENTS:
- Failure to pay or delay any of the parcels on the combined dates, authorizes the business to cancel the reservation, and may release the date and apartments.
Therefore, the guest must pay the amount that follows the cancellation policy according to the reservation policy.
NO SHOW:
- he suite is reserved until 12 noon the day after the expected date of entry. After this time, the reservation is canceled and the suite will be released to another guest, and the amount paid will not be refunded and can not be used on other dates;
- In case of early departure, for any reason no refund will be made and no credit will be made for the value for later use.

- From 19 to 08 days in advance will be charged 50% of the package / daily rate.
- With 07 days or less in advance, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
- Reservations made up to 48 hours prior to check-in, in any period of the year, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
- In case of return of the amount paid for the reservation, each case will be analyzed in particular, and when the return is made, will be discounted according to the table of changes of date by percentage of high season.
