Inaugurated more than 20 years ago, Pousada Kaliman is present in the leisure moments of countless Brazilian families and even our South American neighbors.
At first the idea was to offer a cozy place for lodging, to those who were searching for the north coast. But we realized that in addition our guests also needed good meals and service of appetizers and portions for the moments by the sea.
We have created our restaurant that has already more than 15 years of operation.
Since then a lot has been improved, but the main thing has never changed, the concern with the quality of the ingredients chosen for our recipes.
For 7 years, we have had our beloved Chef Telma, born in Bahia but a sea person by heart, who leads our kitchen staff where national and regional cuisine is elaborated and produced.
Some of these dishes are constant in our menu because they have fallen in the taste of all that have experienced, among them we can mention, without fear of making a mistake, our Caldeirada and our Moqueca.
In addition to these two dishes, we can guarantee that the other dishes on the menu are always praised for being full and extremely tasty.Guaranteeing comfort, quality in the services provided, relaxed atmosphere, and competitive and compatible prices, are issues that accompany us from the beginning of our activities!
